Questions
Is vinyasa too fast for a beginner?
No. We teach vinyasa slowly enough to breathe, and we show you how to adjust every pose for your own body. You're never competing or rushing — you're moving at your own pace, guided by your breath.
What if I have an injury or sore spot?
Tell your teacher at the start of class, and they'll show you a gentler version of any pose that doesn't feel right. Vinyasa is adaptable, and we're here to meet you where you are.
Do I need to be flexible?
Not at all. Flexibility grows naturally as you practice, but it's not a requirement to start. Vinyasa builds strength, ease and breath awareness from day one.
