How to book
Book your first meditation class free through our booking form. Choose the session and time that fits your week, and we'll send you all you need to know — what to expect, what to bring and where to arrive. A meditation class usually runs thirty to forty-five minutes; come early enough to settle into the quiet.
Price
Meditation classes cost €14 per drop-in session. We offer monthly memberships and class packages at a discount — details are available when you book, or ask in your enquiry if you'd like pricing before your first visit.

I can't stop thinking — does that mean I'm bad at meditation?
